We accept most major commercial insurance plans and bill your carrier directly. If you’re unsure whether your plan is covered, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re happy to verify your benefits before your first appointment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded insurance programs at this time. We do not accept Cigna or UMR.
If your insurance plan is one we don’t accept or you prefer not to use insurance, we offer self-pay rates with payment collected at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Our current rates:
60 minute intial evaluation–$300
80 minute initial evaluation—$375
30 minute follow up appointment–$150
Upon request, we can provide superbills after each visit — a detailed receipt containing the diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and provider information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. Many patients with out-of-network benefits are able to recover a portion of their session costs by submitting a superbill through their insurance carrier’s member portal.
