In-Person Dates at the Wayne Office — 2026

Riley Guinan, PA-C sees patients in person at the Wayne office from 3:00 to 9:00 pm, typically the third Monday of each month. She and other Zellig prescribers are available by telehealth, too. In-person 2026 dates in Wayne:

  • Monday, July 20
  • Monday, August 17
  • Monday, September 21
  • Monday, October 19
  • Monday, November 16
  • Monday, December 21
Our Wayne in-person dates run 3:00 to 9:00 pm deliberately: after school for students, after work for commuters. You can leave Center City or King of Prussia at five and still make a 6:30 appointment without burning PTO — and teens don't have to miss a class period. Evening slots fill first, so book ahead.

Visits are by appointment — you can book by calling or texting 215-318-1821. If a date fills, telehealth is available the same week.

Medication Management and Other Services at the Wayne Office

Everything we offer is available at this location, in person or by telehealth:

  • Medication management — starting, adjusting, or maintaining psychiatric medication, with follow-ups that actually fit around work and school
  • Psychiatric evaluations — comprehensive first appointments covering history, current symptoms, and a concrete treatment plan
  • ADHD evaluations — structured assessment for teens and adults
  • Ongoing treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related conditions — including care for teens 12 and up

If you start in person, you can continue by telehealth, and vice versa.

Getting Here from the Main Line and King of Prussia

The office sits just off Route 202 on Devon Park Drive — the seam where Wayne, Chesterbrook, and King of Prussia meet. We're a couple of minutes from the Gateway Shopping Center (the Trader Joe's plaza where 202 meets Valley Forge Road), under ten from the King of Prussia Mall, and just down the road from Valley Forge National Historical Park.

  • From Route 202 (either direction): exit at Devon Park Drive; Building 485 is inside the Meadows Office Complex.
  • From I-76 / the Schuylkill Expressway: take the Route 202 South exit toward West Chester at King of Prussia; Devon Park Drive is the second exit, about five minutes on.
  • From Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) in Wayne: about ten minutes from downtown Wayne — the Anthony Wayne theater stretch — via North Wayne Avenue or Old Eagle School Road toward Swedesford Road.
  • By train: the SEPTA Paoli/Thorndale Line stops at Wayne, Strafford, and Devon — each a short drive or rideshare from the office. The office is not walkable from the stations.

Parking is free in the lot directly outside Building 485.

We see patients from across the Main Line — Wayne, Radnor, St. Davids, Strafford, Devon, Berwyn, Paoli, Villanova — and from King of Prussia, Chesterbrook, and Valley Forge — regularly drawing from across the Montgomery County line as well as Delaware and Chester Counties.

Inside the Choosing Change Wellness Collective

Our Wayne office is inside a shared wellness space run by Choosing Change Counseling, LLC in STE 100, Building 485 of the Meadows Office Complex. When you arrive, you'll see Choosing Change signage — that's the right place; Zellig sees patients as part of the Choosing Change Wellness Collective.

A first visit looks like this: park in the free lot, come into Building 485, and find Suite 100 — check in at the Collective's waiting area — a quiet space shared with the counselors and therapists who practice here. Your appointment happens in a private office with Riley, one-on-one. Most first visits are evaluations: your history, what's going on now, and what treatment could look like, including whether medication makes sense.

Telehealth Between Visits

In-person dates are monthly; your care isn't. Between Wayne dates, every service on this page is available by secure video visit anywhere in Pennsylvania — same clinician, same booking system, billed the same way as an office visit. Most patients mix the two: in person when they want it, video when life is busy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to see a psychiatrist?

No — you can book directly with Zellig, no referral required. One caveat: a few HMO plans want a referral on file for specialist coverage, so if your insurance is an HMO, a quick call to the number on your card is worth it before your first visit.

What happens at a first visit?

A comprehensive evaluation: your history, current symptoms, what you've tried before, and your goals. You'll leave with an actual plan — which may or may not include medication — and a scheduled follow-up.

What if I need to be seen between in-person dates?

Book a telehealth visit — available statewide on days the Wayne office isn't open, with the same clinician. Urgent concerns between visits: call or text 215-318-1821. (If you're in crisis, call or text 988.)

Is parking free?

Yes — free lot directly outside Building 485, steps from the door.
